A man attempts to operate a mysterious device, but with each attempt comes a new set of problems.
This one was my first “serious” movie after Diagnosis, and I couldn’t be more proud of it. I think I made something really special here, and it’s easily the most personal film I’ve ever made. I learned a lot from experimental filmmaking and I used those tools in this piece. A lot of people are really connecting with it, even those who don’t exactly relate to it fully, and that means the world to me.
It was also my first time directing myself in a dramatic performance. I haven’t had a lot of chances to do dramatic roles, but I sincerely feel like I knocked this one out of the park. It’s my finest work as an actor, and it won me my first award as an actor, which is one of the proudest achievements of my life.
